Crosspoint Christian (formerly Crosspoint Academy) is a private K-12 Christian school in Bremerton, on a roughly seven-acre campus in the Chico neighborhood. Operated by Gateway Christian Schools, a Kitsap-based nonprofit established in 1974, the system also runs a Port Orchard campus. The Bremerton site enrolls about 340 students with a 12:1 student-teacher ratio, well below the Christian K-8 norm, and tuition near $14,100 for upper grades.
In the Kitsap Peninsula and broader West Sound market, Crosspoint is the principal Christian K-12 option; secular peers include Westsound Academy (independent, smaller, IB-leaning) and various district-run schools that absorb most local demand. The college-prep curriculum integrates a Christian worldview with weekly chapel, mission and service opportunities, and a comprehensive fine and performing arts program. The school reports that about 90 percent of graduates enroll in four-year colleges.
Crosspoint competes athletically as the Wildcats with seven varsity sports through the WIAA — baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, track and field, and volleyball — a smaller athletic footprint than Bremerton's larger public high schools. The school draws families from Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, and the broader Kitsap, Jefferson, and Mason County region; for families across the bridge in the Seattle metro, geography effectively rules it out as a comparable option to Bear Creek or King's.
