West Valley High School is the comprehensive high school of West Valley School District #363 in Spokane Valley, serving roughly 900 students in grades 9–12. Eagles in orange and black, the school offers Advanced Placement (32% participation), Project Lead The Way engineering, and a Gifted & Talented program, with full WIAA athletic programs across fall, winter, and spring seasons.
For 2025–26, the district moved to free breakfast and lunch for all students. West Valley is recognized in PolarisList's Washington Harvard/Princeton/MIT placement rankings and operates within Spokane County's competitive cluster of suburban high schools alongside Mead, Central Valley, and the Mead district's Mt. Spokane HS.
