Walla Walla High School (Wa-Hi) serves the city of Walla Walla and surrounding southeastern-Washington communities as the comprehensive Walla Walla Public Schools high school, enrolling about 1,586 students in grades 9–12 with a 20:1 student/teacher ratio. Over its more-than-century history, the school has built a reputation as one of eastern Washington's most established comprehensive high schools.
Wa-Hi runs a wide academic program: Advanced Placement, College in the High School, Career and Technical Education, Running Start at Walla Walla Community College, AVID, and University Enrichment Programs. The Blue Devils field a full WIAA athletics program with multiple state-tournament traditions. Walla Walla is recognized in PolarisList's Washington Harvard/Princeton/MIT placement rankings.
