Liberty Senior High School is a 3A comprehensive school in the Issaquah School District, serving about 1,500 students as the Patriots. Despite its Renton mailing address, the campus is in unincorporated King County and is part of Issaquah school system. Academic performance places Liberty among the top tier of Washington public high schools: SAT means around 1,256, AP pass rates near 85%, four-year graduation above 96%, and direct-to-four-year-college enrollment near 59%.
In 2025 Liberty captured two WIAA state team titles — its first-ever cheer state championship in the 2A/3A large gameday routine, and the boys' track-and-field title. The 2025-26 course catalog reflects continued AP and CTE expansion under the Issaquah district umbrella.
