Lake Stevens Senior High School is a 4A comprehensive school in Snohomish County serving about 2,200 students as the Vikings — one of the largest and most decorated public high schools in northwest Washington. SAT means around 1,210, AP pass rates above 74%, and a four-year graduation rate near 95% place it solidly above state median, with cumulative WIAA state placements in the high twenties across multiple sports.
Lake Stevens voters approved a School Construction Bond in February 2025 funding new buildings, modernizations, and major repairs. Two replacement levies (Educational Programs and Operations + Technology) appear on the February 10, 2026 ballot. The district is transitioning all students to the SchooLinks college and career platform for 2025-26, alongside the publication of its annual community report.
