Graham-Kapowsin High School opened in 2005 as the third comprehensive high school in the Bethel School District, serving the unincorporated communities of Graham, Kapowsin, and Frederickson in southern Pierce County. About 2,110 students attend the campus on Eustis-Hunt Road, making it one of the larger 4A schools in the state.
Academics include Advanced Placement coursework and a wider-than-typical world-language slate covering Spanish, French, German, and Japanese. The school participates in Bethel's CTE network and offers dual-credit options through nearby community-college partners. The student body is broadly diverse, drawing from the Joint Base Lewis-McChord catchment as well as longstanding farm and forest communities.
The Eagles compete in the South Puget Sound 4A South Division. The football program has been a regional power, winning the WIAA 4A state title in 2021 with an undefeated season under coach Eric Kurle and reaching the title game again in 2023. Recent quarterfinal appearances and a freshman-led 2025 campaign have kept the program in regional headlines. Notable alumni include NFL players Foster Sarell of the Washington Commanders and Vega Ioane of the Baltimore Ravens.
