East Valley High School sits on Beaudry Road east of Yakima, serving roughly 1,080 students from Moxee, Terrace Heights, and the surrounding orchards of the lower Yakima Valley. The Red Devils are the only comprehensive high school in East Valley School District #90, which has struggled to fund a replacement campus — a bond to rebuild the aging high school and middle school failed at the ballot in February 2026.
Athletically the school plays in the 2A Central Washington Athletic Conference. The 2025 football season delivered the program's deepest postseason run in memory: an undefeated regular season, a CWAC title, and a run to the 2A state semifinals behind senior quarterback Jaxon Berg, whose 42-touchdown campaign drew coverage from the Yakima Herald-Republic and Apple Valley News Now.
Classroom offerings include Advanced Placement and CTE pathways in agriculture, health sciences, and culinary arts, reflecting the district's largely agricultural attendance area. The school's colors are red and white and its newspaper, the Roundup, has a long publication history.
