Centralia High School is the only public high school in the Centralia School District in Lewis County, located in the unincorporated Ford's Prairie neighborhood. The school enrolls about 993 students in grades 9–12 in a building that opened in 1909 and was substantially renovated in 2017–2020 through a $74 million bond.
In fall 2025, the school opened the 'Tiger Hut' student-run coffee shop and store, where students participate as employees as part of a marketing class. A boys' swim team was added in late 2025 after a decade of effort. Centralia HS posts a graduation rate around 83% with reading proficiency above the state average and math below. The school is the #29-ranked WA school by PolarisList HPM placements.
